Shipping
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days from Berlin. If you need anything super urgent, please get in touch! Delivery within Germany takes 2–4 business days via DHL. EU delivery takes 5–10 business days. International orders may take 2–4 weeks depending on destination and customs.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. To initiate a return, contact us at mail@thecrisistheory.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
